1. General / Overview

  • All prints on this webshop are produced using print-on-demand partner.
  • Depending on the customer’s shipping address, items may be fulfilled from Printing’s facilities in the EU, USA, or UK. Automatically routes orders to the closest fulfillment center based on availability.
  • By placing an order, you agree that part of your order details (design, address, product selection) will be shared for production and shipping..

2. Production & Shipping

  • Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
  • Once production is complete, orders ship via third-party carriers.

Customs / Import Fees:

  • If your order is shipped from a fulfillment center in a different region than your address, customs duties or import handling fees may apply.
  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.


3. Refund / Return / Exchange Policy

Because the products are made to order, the policy is more restrictive. Here's how issues are handled in line with Printer's policy:

  • Damage, Defect, or Print Errors:
  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you (the customer) should report the issue. You (or I, as the shop owner) must submit a “problem report” to the producer.
  • For such cases, the producer offers a free reprint or a refund. You typically do not need to return the item; photos may suffice.
  • The claim must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

    Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse:
  • Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not offered for change of mind (e.g., size, design, or color) because it's a custom, made-to-order item.
  • If a customer wants a different item, they need to place a new order at their own expense.

Lost or Undelivered Shipments:

  • If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but not received, or if it's lost, a claim must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • If a package is being returned to Printful (for example, because of an incorrect address), once Printful notifies me that they have received it, I have 30 days to reship to you.
  • Note: If reshipment is required due to customer-address issues or customs, shipping costs may apply for the new shipment.


4. Risk & Liability

  • Once an item is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage shifts to the customer.
  • The producer is not liable for incorrect delivery if the address you (the buyer) provided was wrong.
  • The producer may donate damaged items (unusable) to charity, in which case you (the shop owner) waive rights to royalties or compensation on those items.


5. VAT, Taxes & Duties

  • For EU customers: VAT may be applied depending on whether the order is fulfilled in or outside the EU.
  • For UK orders: VAT and import duty handling depends on region, order value, and fulfillment location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs handling costs when orders cross international borders


6. Contact & Claims

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the parcel is lost, please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible (ideally within the 30-day claim window).
  • I will coordinate with the producer to process your issue (reprint, refund, or reshipment as appropriate).


7. Changes to These Terms

  • I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted here, and the current version will apply to new orders.
